Software Engineer
Seeking a Technical Requirements Analyst to gather, document, and analyze technical requirements for software development projects. Must have experience with Agile methodologies and strong stakeholder communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document detailed technical requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze and translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation.
- Facilitate requirement review sessions and obtain sign-offs.
- Maintain requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the creation of user stories and acceptance criteria.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Requirements Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and relationships.
- Experience with requirements management tools is a plus.
