POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Technical Talent Partner to drive full-cycle recruiting efforts for highly specialized technical roles, including Software Engineers and Research Scientists/Researchers. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers, technical leaders, and business stakeholders to develop and execute hiring strategies that attract top-tier technical talent.
The ideal candidate has a strong track record of recruiting in competitive markets and excels at building relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical positions, including Software Engineers, Research Scientists, Research Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, Data Scientists, and related technical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand hiring needs, workforce planning objectives, and technical skill

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct recruiter screenings and assess candidate

- Manage the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Collaborate with interview teams to improve assessment processes and hiring efficiency.
- Utilize data and recruiting metrics to drive hiring decisions, optimize recruiting processes, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the offer and onboarding process.
- Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives throughout the recruiting process.
- Stay informed on industry trends, talent market conditions, and emerging technical skill sets.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a corporate, agency, or startup environment.
