Software Engineer
Lead end-to-end technical talent acquisition, partnering with engineering leaders to source, evaluate, and hire top software and AI talent using data-driven strategies and advanced ATS tools.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle for software engineers, data scientists, and AI specialists, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
- Partner with engineering managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and develop sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
- Leverage data analytics to track hiring metrics, forecast pipeline needs, and continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Manage and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline workflows and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Conduct structured interviews, assess technical fit, and provide actionable feedback to hiring teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in fast‑growth tech or AI environments.
- Proven track record of hiring for software engineering and data science roles.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using ATS and recruiting analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Passion for open source and emerging AI technologies is a plus.
