Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, reconcile, and audit maintenance accomplishment data in TRAX and other databases.
- Review original and electronic records for accuracy and adherence to official technical documentation standards.
- Audit assignments to ensure proper tracking within TRAX.
- Verify completeness of retention methods for both paper and electronic records.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with all FAA requirements and company policies for documenting Airworthiness Directives and engineering tasks.
Requirements
- Experience with TRAX or similar aviation maintenance tracking systems.
- Proficiency in data analysis and auditing techniques.
- Understanding of technical documentation standards and record-keeping best practices.
- Knowledge of FAA regulations pertaining to aircraft maintenance records.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
