About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor quality assurance processes for SAP product releases, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Product, Support) to identify root causes, develop corrective actions, and track resolution metrics.
- Develop and maintain success plans for key customers, aligning product capabilities with business objectives and measuring adoption through quantitative KPIs.
- Leverage data analytics tools to extract insights, forecast risks, and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and Agile methodologies, driving efficiency and reducing defect rates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in quality management or customer success within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- Proficiency with SAP platforms, data analysis (SQL, Excel, Power BI), and process improvement frameworks.
- Strong communication skills, able to translate technical findings into business impact for diverse stakeholders.
- Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent is a plus.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is an advantage.
