QA Engineer
Seeking a Technical QA Engineer for Pricing & Risk Platforms. This role involves designing and executing test strategies, developing automation scripts, and collaborating with development teams in an Agile environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies and test cases for pricing and risk platforms.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python and other relevant tools.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Identify, document, and track defects, working with the team to resolve them.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure the functional and non-functional requirements of the platforms are met.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical QA Engineer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Quality Assurance principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks and scripting languages, particularly Python.
- Experience with SQL for data validation and analysis.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
