Key Responsibilities
- Ensure maximum uptime, operational safety, and efficiency of a modern, fully automated fulfillment center.
- Act as the central technical key person for the maintenance, upkeep, and optimization of the entire building infrastructure (TGA).
- Focus on ensuring the smooth functioning of all complex building installations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
- Oversee and manage maintenance activities to guarantee operational readiness.
- Implement optimization strategies for building infrastructure to enhance performance and reduce downtime.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical property management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of building infrastructure systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
- Experience with building management systems is advantageous.
- Ability to ensure operational continuity and implement efficiency improvements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
