Program Manager
Seeking a Technical Project/Program Manager to lead complex technical initiatives. This role requires strong Agile and Scrum expertise, effective stakeholder management, and a proven ability to drive projects to successful completion.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of technical projects and programs.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum principles and best practices.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to all relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Project or Program Manager.
- Strong understanding and practical application of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with risk management and problem-solving in technical environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
