Software Engineer
Seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee software development projects. This role requires strong leadership, Agile expertise, and the ability to manage complex technical initiatives from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical projects throughout their lifecycle, from planning and execution to deployment and closure.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
- Facilitate communication and ensure alignment among all project participants.
- Track project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with project management tools and techniques.
