Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of technical projects, from initiation to closure.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Track project progress, report on key metrics, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project status.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and technical concepts.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
