Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Collaborate with research, engineering, and trading teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Implement and refine Agile methodologies to optimize project workflows and team productivity.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and managing expectations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Drive the production of alphas and financial strategies within the research platform.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably in the financial industry.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile project management frameworks.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with systematic financial strategies and quantitative research is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
