Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of data‑engineering projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality meet client expectations.
- Coordinate L3 support initiatives for banking applications, overseeing incident resolution and root‑cause analysis.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming to drive iterative development.
- Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders, providing status reports, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
- Mentor and guide cross‑functional teams, fostering collaboration between data engineers, analysts, and business users.
Requirements
- 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in IT services or consulting.
- Strong hands‑on knowledge of data‑engineering tools such as Datastage, Netezza, SQL, Snowflake, and Informatica.
- Proven track record managing L3 support projects within the banking domain.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and delivery management.
- Excellent client‑facing communication and leadership skills.
