About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Support territories in various regions (Asia, MEA, Europe, Americas) with daily IT monitoring.
- Assist local entities with installing new versions or features for standard applications.
- Adapt applications to site-specific needs based on regulatory or client requirements.
- Coordinate with Project Owners and central project functions.
- Represent the interests of local entities within central projects.
- Strengthen technical entities for the deployment of the banking system and accompanying systems for different regions.

- Experience in IT support and daily IT monitoring.
- Proficiency in application adaptation and deployment.
- Ability to coordinate with Project Owners and central teams.
- Experience in system integration and deployment projects.
- Strong communication and representation skills.
