Technical Project Manager - utility

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of software development projects, from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to all stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Experience with project management tools and software.
