About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end project lifecycle for high‑impact security systems, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and maintain product backlog with stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross‑domain teams (engineering, QA, operations) to align technical solutions with mission objectives.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, escalating issues to senior leadership as needed.
- Document requirements, technical specifications, and status reports for classified environments.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of technical project management in a defense or national security context.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Proficiency in Agile Scrum, Jira, and Microsoft Project.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Experience with secure development lifecycles and compliance standards (NIST, DoD).
