- Own and drive the execution of exchange onboarding and brokerage integration projects.
- Coordinate effectively with engineering, operations, and external counterparties to achieve operational readiness.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of critical services.
- Develop and implement project plans to accelerate the launch of new trading venues.
- Navigate complex technical systems and external stakeholder requirements to deliver results.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to project timelines and success.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical project management, particularly in trading operations or financial technology.
- Strong understanding of exchange onboarding processes and brokerage integrations.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills for managing cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to drive complex projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
