Seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives using Agile methodologies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of technical projects, from initiation to closure.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
- Communicate project status, progress, and issues to all relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
