About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical projects from conception through completion within the aerospace and satellite manufacturing domain.
- Develop and execute project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional engineering teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful project delivery.
- Implement and refine project management processes and best practices.
- Track project progress, report on key metrics, and provide regular updates to senior management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical project management, preferably within the aerospace or satellite manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with risk management and stakeholder engagement.
