Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver complex technical projects on time and within budget, applying Agile Scrum, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation to drive product success.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Plan, schedule, and track project milestones using Agile Scrum frameworks, ensuring transparency and timely delivery.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as necessary.
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership and cross‑functional teams.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to optimize cost and quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing technical projects or programs in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proven expertise in Agile Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
