Technical Project Manager - Tailored Management

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Develop and execute project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, security, and product management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex technical projects and understand technical concepts.
• Experience with project management tools and software.
