About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end project planning, execution, and delivery for large‑scale software initiatives supporting government regulatory operations.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives) and maintain product backlogs in collaboration with product owners.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk, providing transparent status reports to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams of developers, QA, UX, and compliance experts to meet regulatory and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes, tooling, and team performance through data‑driven insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical project management experience in software development environments.
- Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget using Agile frameworks.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and information management systems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
