Requirements
- Proven experience in technical project management, preferably within blockchain or cryptocurrency environments.
- Strong understanding of the Solana ecosystem and decentralized exchange (DEX) concepts.
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage complex technical projects from inception to completion.
