- Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and other cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the software development lifecycle.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with project management tools and techniques.
