About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of technical projects from initiation to closure.
- Develop and execute project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status effectively.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and other teams to ensure project success.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with project management tools and software.
