Lead the design, installation, and maintenance of cutting‑edge access control, video surveillance, and intrusion systems across multiple sites, driving security projects from concept to completion while managing stakeholders and ensuring compliance.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and deliver security system projects (access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection) across manufacturing, corporate, and sales facilities.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely implementation and integration with existing infrastructure.
- Develop technical specifications, system architectures, and detailed project schedules while managing budgets and resources.
- Conduct risk assessments, threat analyses, and compliance reviews to align solutions with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations post‑deployment.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex security systems projects, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection technologies and industry best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
- Ability to assess security risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP) are a plus.
