Technical Project Manager needed for defense R&D programs. Drive end-to-end project delivery, manage risks, and ensure clear communication with engineering teams, partners, and customers. Exposure to advanced autonomous systems.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project delivery from kickoff to final acceptance, managing scope, milestones, budget, and quality.
- Drive execution across defense R&D programs involving engineering teams, consortium partners, and public-sector customers.
- Maintain project roadmaps and ensure clarity on priorities and commitments across all workstreams.
- Identify, visualize, and manage risks proactively to prevent impact on project outcomes.
- Provide direct exposure and communication with senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical project management, particularly within defense R&D environments.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and delivery ownership.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage risks effectively and maintain project clarity.
- Experience with engineering teams and consortium partners is beneficial.
