Lead cross‑functional teams delivering cloud‑based SaaS analytics solutions for healthcare, driving project execution, stakeholder alignment, and technical excellence on AWS platforms.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of cloud‑native SaaS analytics products, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, and high‑quality releases.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams to define technical scope, architecture, and integration points on AWS.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives to maintain velocity and transparency.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, provide status reporting, and translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes, tooling, and best practices for cloud deployment and data governance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical project management experience in SaaS or cloud‑based analytics environments.
- Proven track record delivering complex projects on AWS, with hands‑on knowledge of services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
- Strong understanding of healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7) and regulatory compliance (HIPAA).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certification preferred.
