Key Responsibilities
- Drive the execution of engineering projects and programs from inception to completion.
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of complex initiatives.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Implement and refine agile methodologies to optimize team performance and project flow.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among engineering, product, and other departments.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile principles.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional technical projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with AI systems or the AI evaluation space is a plus.
