About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of technology projects, from initiation to closure.
- Develop and execute project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager.
- PMP certification is required.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
