Software Engineer
Seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee software development projects. This role requires strong leadership, Agile expertise, and the ability to manage complex technical initiatives from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of technical projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and QA, to define project scope and objectives.
- Implement and refine Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to optimize team performance and project workflows.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders, providing regular project updates and status reports.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar leadership role within software development.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and experience with Scrum or other Agile frameworks.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
