Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI‑enhanced Odoo ERP platforms, driving strategy, planning, and delivery of intelligent business workflows while coordinating developers, AI engineers, and stakeholders.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for Odoo‑based ERP solutions integrated with AI automation and Agentic AI components.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including Odoo developers, AI engineers, and product owners—to deliver scalable, AI‑powered business workflows on schedule.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications, data models, and integration designs using Python and REST APIs.
- Implement Agile project management practices, manage sprints, track milestones, and mitigate risks to ensure successful delivery.
- Oversee testing, quality assurance, and post‑deployment support to guarantee system reliability and performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing end‑to‑end Odoo ERP implementations and custom module development.
- Hands‑on expertise in AI/ML technologies, model deployment, and integration with enterprise systems.
- Strong background in Agile project management, with the ability to lead distributed technical teams.
- Proficiency in Python programming and building RESTful services for system integration.
- Excellent communication skills to align technical solutions with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
