Software Engineer
Seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee the development and implementation of a new digitized trading platform for syndicated loan and CLO markets. Requires strong project management and SDLC expertise.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of technical projects, from initiation to deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and design to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Implement and manage Agile methodologies to ensure efficient project execution and timely delivery.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Oversee the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for new platform features and enhancements.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in financial markets or trading platforms is a plus.
