About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end‑to‑end project lifecycle for new product transitions, ensuring alignment with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.
- Implement Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) to manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, providing transparent status updates, risk mitigation plans, and resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, tracking progress against key milestones.
- Identify and resolve project impediments, escalating issues to senior leadership when necessary.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical project management experience in semiconductor or display manufacturing environments.
- Proven track record delivering complex product transitions on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience leading cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- BS/BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
