Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Technical Direction Agent and Acquisition Engineering Agent for submarine imaging initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Lead cross‑functional project teams, coordinating engineering, procurement, and integration activities.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Communicate progress, issues, and solutions to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with defense acquisition regulations and quality standards.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in technical project management within a defense or complex engineering environment.
- Strong knowledge of acquisition processes, program management, and risk assessment.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage large‑scale budgets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Valid security clearance or ability to obtain one.
