- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular project updates and managing expectations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Work Package Owner, Delivery Manager, Programme Manager, or Technical Lead.
- Demonstrated experience in the aerospace or simulation industries.
- Strong track record of leading teams of up to 20 individuals to successfully deliver complex projects.
- Excellent engineering project management and technical governance skills.
- Ability to manage risks and drive teams to achieve challenging objectives.
