Software Engineer
Seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee software development projects. This role requires strong leadership, Agile expertise, and the ability to manage complex technical initiatives from inception to delivery.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of technical projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies to ensure smooth execution.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with project management tools and software.
