- Lead the day-to-day execution of major AI-powered modernization initiatives within the VA health portfolio.
- Oversee the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of complex AI-powered modernization efforts.
- Manage and guide AI/ML engineers, legacy healthcare systems specialists, DevSecOps practitioners, and agile delivery teams.
- Ensure successful integration of AI/ML solutions with mission-critical healthcare systems.
- Drive enterprise transformation initiatives across the VA environment, focusing on operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity professionals to ensure secure and compliant project delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably in healthcare IT or government sectors.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in modernization efforts.
- Proficiency in Agile delivery methodologies and DevSecOps practices.
- Experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
