Software Engineer
Seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee AI/ML projects. This role requires strong leadership, agile expertise, and the ability to manage complex technical initiatives from inception to delivery.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of technical projects, particularly in the AI/ML domain.
- Develop and execute project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum or other agile methodologies.
- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and research teams to achieve project goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably in AI/ML or software development.
- Strong understanding of agile project management principles and practices (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
