About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with studio goals.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including technical artists, engineers, and production staff.
- Implement and refine project management methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum, to optimize workflows.
- Track project progress, report on key metrics, and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Ensure the successful integration of new technologies and tools into production pipelines.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
- Proficiency with project management tools like JIRA.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
