About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end project lifecycle for defense technology initiatives, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
- Apply Agile frameworks (Scrum/Scrum‑like) to manage iterative development and rapid stakeholder feedback.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams across engineering, QA, and operations, fostering collaboration and clear communication.
- Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, and status reports for senior leadership and external partners.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project metrics, implementing lessons learned, and optimizing processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical project management experience in a defense or high‑tech environment.
- Proven track record delivering complex, mission‑critical projects using Agile methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate across multiple levels.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation abilities.
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps) and budgeting practices.
