Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of technical projects in the Japanese market.
- Ensure smooth and successful deployments of Sprout.ai's technology for insurance clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including the Japan Country Manager.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and partners in the Japanese insurance industry.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical project management.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Japanese and English.
- Ability to manage complex technical projects and navigate client expectations.
- Experience in the insurance industry or with AI/ML technology is a plus.
