About the role
Lead technical projects from proposal transition through project closeout.
Develop integrated project schedules, work breakdown structures, milestones, and resource plans.
Coordinate activities between systems administrators, network engineers, cybersecurity personnel, logistics teams, procurement, and customer stakeholders.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and deliverables.
Prepare executive-level project briefings, status reports, and customer presentations.
Interface directly with government program managers, technical representatives, and contracting organizations.
Coordinate vendor activities including procurement, installation scheduling, and implementation planning.
Lead project status meetings and customer reviews.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure project documentation complies with contractual and organizational standards.
Support transition planning for new contract awards and technology modernization efforts.
Mentor junior project managers and technical personnel.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Management, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of project management experience leading technical or IT infrastructure projects.
Experience managing enterprise networking or systems integration projects.
Experience supporting Federal Government or DoD contracts.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Active Top Secret Clearance with CI poly required
Master's degree.
PMP Certification.
ITIL Certification.
Experience with Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
