About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross‑functional teams in Agile environments to deliver scalable insurance solutions on time and within budget.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming to maintain product velocity.
- Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and business stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and success metrics.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution and continuous improvement.
- Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and external partners.
Requirements
- 8+ years of project management experience in a technology‑driven environment.
- Proven track record delivering complex software projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business audiences.
- Experience with risk management frameworks and change control processes.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
