About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior project managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking deliverables for two concurrent product streams.
- Maintain and update Jira boards, Confluence documentation, and status reports to ensure transparency across engineering, design, and content teams.
- Facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, helping teams adhere to Agile best practices.
- Coordinate cross‑functional communication, gathering requirements from product, design, and localization stakeholders.
- Identify bottlenecks, propose process improvements, and support quality‑assurance initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and project‑tracking tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with diverse, multilingual teams.
- Analytical mindset, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Passion for innovative digital experiences and willingness to learn fast in a fast‑paced environment.
