Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical projects from inception through to production, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams and cross-functional partners to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
- Influence the execution and collaboration strategies of engineering teams to drive innovation.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably in a trading or financial technology environment.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts and requirements into actionable project plans.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex technical projects and driving them to completion.
