Software Engineer
Seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee software development projects. This role requires strong leadership, agile methodology expertise, and effective stakeholder communication to ensure successful project delivery.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of technical projects, from initiation to closure.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and QA.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
- Track project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with project management tools and software.
