About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of client‑facing implementation projects, from requirement gathering to go‑live and post‑deployment support.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Facilitate regular stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives with cross‑functional teams to ensure milestones are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, communicating status, risks, and changes while managing expectations.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating when necessary to keep delivery on track.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and operations to ensure deliverables meet quality and performance standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing technical/software implementation projects in an Agile environment.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and coordinate complex deliverables.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) and documentation of project artifacts.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, testing processes, and risk management practices.
