Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Implement and refine Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to optimize team performance and project workflows.
- Utilize project management tools like Jira for task tracking, sprint planning, and progress reporting.
- Facilitate effective communication among cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and project plans.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Agile development principles and practices.
- Proficiency with project management software, particularly Jira.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
