Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and customer success, to define project scope and objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate communication and manage expectations among stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure adherence to software development lifecycle best practices and quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with project management tools and software.
