Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of technical projects, from initiation to closure.
• Develop and execute project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders at all levels.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to technical standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Experience with project management tools and software.
